
With that in mind, what kind of workouts would help us, as gamers?
For eyes I seen a tv show a long time ago about reading. While yes, games(fps'ers the most :P) help eyes, the thing about reading made sense. While I didn't buy the program myself, every now and then I'll use my eyes and look at random points. While trying to be speedy and accurate.
I think jogging and the like help the bloodflow of the heart. Sometimes while gaming you can get your blood pumping pretty hard. This seems pretty useful all around.
So anyways, what do you guys think would help? Have any interesting stretches?
