haha, definitly i need help :). i will contact you on irc or something like that.

It's quite easy. Click the 'edit' link, then you'll see a box where you can drag/drop images onto. If your images already at a sensible size then just drag em straight on. If you want to make your images smaller, then choose the size first by clicking the right link. After that drag the images you want to upload onto the box, or just click the box to browse for images.

Better than nothing. =P
