yeah very choppy. i think there's a setting to fix that, but i was too lazy to look it up; i don't think i always works anyhow.

if the sound seems to lag you can use net_clientmaxprediction 100 instead of 1000 and it usually fixes it.. but if its a spec demo, it's going to be choppy.. and i don't think theres a way to fix that. why doesn't chance upload his demo?
