If you're referring to bindings, that's all personal preference so I don't see why you would want them. All the graphics, UI, and net settings are in his qzconfig.cfg. That pdf just talks about refresh rates and his other utilities on his site. Pretty useless actually.
I don't agree with you at all. I've used ASDF (Back, forward, s left s right) for years. By looking at a config with the same hotkeys I could easily tell you if you made a good or bad hotkey choice.
Also played World of WarCraft for two years which has the most hotkeys in any video game I've ever seen. A "default" user would get destroyed vs a more advanced hotkey set.
