Cypher has taken two Fall Cups so far, will he make it three in a row? This Sunday at 08:00 CDT, the FACEIT Fall Season Sunday Cup #3 will take place, where you can see all your favorite players in action.

The FACEIT Fall Season will be played each Sunday for the coming month, where 128 players can join and play for $125, as well as points to qualify them for the Finale.

Commentary this week will be provided by our host,

Daniel "ddk" Kapadia. The stream will go live on FACEIT TV at 08:30 CDT.

thats actually a fantastic idea for a QL documentary of sorts, if it turns out interesting from your average casual gamer's point of view, it could help promote QL if it goes viral in gamer circles.

I would show the guy some fragmovies too.

I showed one of my casual gamer friends Quake live before when av3k was playing against someone else.

All he kept asking was, why doesn't he just rush the other guy. Why doesn't he spawn with a better weapon, why does you have to pick up weapons, why don't they play with many more players instead of one on one, that way it would be faster. And on and on he kept asking stupid noob questions.

When i explained stack advantage and positional advantage he just said that it was dumb. Trust me, most player doesn't like item pickups and stuff like that.

If you have a game that requires intelligence and patience you will leave out idiots and impatient people. And most people are impatient and stupid.

Did you try to explain him how much depth the stack advantage and positional advantage adds to the game? Its one of the beauty of quake. Other thing is movement. Its an art in itself!

Don't know about you guys, but Sinister, imo, is a bad map. Scale is totally off, rooms and corridors are so illogically connected. Very very bad map. I really don't enjoy watching any match on it. Silence, Fuse (scale problems on this one as well, but play flow is great), Delirium, Cure are 5 levels above it in terms quality and playability.

I know it's a matter of a taste...someone will like it. But I don't. :)
