I stopped after the fifth, as all the actors/characters lost their touch – well, apart from Ari. Dunno if I'll ever continue watching it.

It was the same with Lost and Prison Break: Never really finished it, cause it got boring more and more.

I'm currently watching 'The Wire'. It's fucking amazing. Dunno how i missed out on it until now.

the wire is amazing, but i did get a tiny bit more bored in season 5 cause its a bit 'different'. ull see why. maybe u like it how they created the wire as a whole or maybe not but for me the ealyer seasons were king :>

should also give the sopranos a go, and breaking bad. those 2 have the same style if u will and are just awesome.

about entourage, i think i quit watching it after season 4 or something, it was more of the same and like u said ari is fun to watch but its not worth it :P

I would want to tell you at what episode I am right now, but I'm kinda scared people would spoil me if I do.

I kinda miss the pit and D'Angelo already, but there are plenty of other characters, that make up for it.

I just finished season 4 and I thought that was a bit boring. I mean, not that it's not written in a brilliant way and the characters are still top notch, but the overall topic of schools and politics were a bit too much at times.

Well, for me 'Lost' is still ahead of it, 'cause I'm into all that scifi/mystery shit, but yeah ... for a 'real people, real-life, crime' sort of thing, it's the best I've ever seen.

I haven't watched Lost but I hear it really rips off a lot of material from The Dark Tower. Is this true?

IF you like that you're defo gonna enjoy Homicide: Life on the Street. Actually both series share their roots by using ideas from some guy's book (i think it's actually the writer for The Wire). Similar, but not too similar, it's sort of The Wire's grandpa. Homicide is a bit more gritty tho.

I agree, I'm not a huge fan of series but The Wire is exceptional.

Season 7 was a little slow to start but I enjoyed the last 2 (especially the last) episodes, hopefully it continues to pickup. Isn't this season supposed to be pretty short though? I read somewhere it's only going to have under 10 episodes. The best season for me will always be season 2

the only characters left doing stuff are johnny, ari and eric. johnny is doing the same he does in every season, same goes for ari, and eric is changing the room he works from, nice.

turtle was less annoying when he wasn't trying to accomplish something and vince i guess was always supposed to be the boring guy.. he just bumped it up from random skanks to porn actresses.

i stopped watching prisonbreak when they landed in that mexican prison.

stoppsed watching dexter when he made his killer friend and some assassin was on some other building watching dexter for yet another plot twist to come
