fraps + videomach

I'm posting from my bed, so I cannot check the details.

The process I use usually is:

\video tga wav (inside wolfcamql)

This records x frames per seconds (afaik the number specified with \cl_avidemo or another similar command, check the doc).

You then import the tga sequence setting the correct x fps, so that the wav sound syncs.

yes but then what? i make the whole avi video with de vdub and then how do i make it small for youtube? and with semi nice quality?

vdub->video->compression->select codec->save it

best codec for compression is x264
