Posted by Fiskan @ 15:46 CDT, 2 July 2011 - iMsg
Found this interesting mouse a few mins ago:

Specifications:

- 400/800/1600 dpi switchable optical sensor
- 500Hz / 2ms response
- Gold-plated USB connector
- 1.8m braided fiber cable
- Approximate size: 114mm (length) x 62mm (width) x 37mm (height)

Doesn't say anything about prediction though.

WMO questions (5 comments)
Posted by Fiskan @ 03:45 CDT, 18 June 2011 - iMsg
I have a friend who is in china atm and I've asked him to buy the WMO 5-pack for me (~13 USD!!). It looks original to me, here's the link (shortened): http://tinyurl.com/6c3brel

1. Is the WMO's sides similar to the IMO's? I bought the IMO once but I couldn't use it for long because the sides are shaped like /___\ so it slips off my fingers.

2. Is the WMO easy to lift up? I'm currently using a G1 copy (Logitech M100) and I'm quite happy with its shape \___/ but the buttons and sensor are crap.

Thanks a lot

Ambidextrous Mouse? (34 comments)
Posted by Fiskan @ 08:30 CST, 21 January 2011 - iMsg
I am planning to get an ambidextrous mouse to replace my 3.0. I have considered the following:

WMO - Non-existent in my country. Can't be bothered shipping it from international sites
1.1 - Tried it, side buttons felt jelly-ish and slips off my hands
Xai - Too expensive & buggy
Kinzu - Heard lots of negative things about it but i've never tried one personally
Krait - No problems from this mouse afaik
Salmosa - Squeaky clicks and shiny sides
Abyssus - Only works on the goliathus speed and shiny sides

I am interested in the G1 at the moment since it has a decent shape and the scroll wheel feels x10 better than the 3.0's. I'm not sure about the Krait since it doesn't seem to have any problems aside from the fact it is made by Razer.

Thoughts?
