Just finished Resident Evil 2 Remake Leon's campaign and it was damn good. Brought back good memories from Resident Evil 4 at times.

Currently playing it and The Witcher 3 though I have yet to finish TW3 - I'm damn close

Thinking of picking it up on sale for a while now, for the experienced street fighter guys is it worth picking up over 4? Is there much difference? Worth perhaps picking up both?

Who wins and why is it Tyson?

Recently, randomly, even if I'm not running anything particuarly taxing, my monitor will turn itself off by itself and my pc's fans will go full speed and I'll be forced to switch it off and reset it.

I've tried a couple of things, updating graphics drivers, backrolling graphics drivers to older updates, checking to see if anything is overheating (Not even the Witcher 3 at ultra pushes it past 50c)

The only thing I can think of it being is my psu, but if it was indeed my psu, wouldn't it only affect my rig if I was running something demanding, not at random?

If anyone has ever ran into something related to this and has somehow managed to fix it please let me know.

I'm not sure if this has already been posted but a friend of mine linked me it and watched all 9 episodes and I was not disappointed. Basically it's a documentary about something which started small and for a laugh and ended up being played for big money.

I know I'm just a random guy who plays Quakelive and sometimes participates in the odd cup, but I just want to share my appreciation and thanks to the many people out there who keep Quakelive alive with things like their daily cups, tournaments, videos etc. Especially the shout casters who take time out of their lives to broadcast games for free online and at various LAN events to a brilliant standard.

I want to thank DDK, Zoot & Ins, Infuscomus, Memento_Mori, hellspawn, fishstix, fatal1ty, stermy, strenx and anyone else out there who helps contribute to the quakelive community scene (Sorry if I forgot any names, this is just off the top of my head, I'm not as active as I used to be!)

I know if if it weren't for these people and many others who promote the game it simply wouldn't stand a chance of continuing to be so active and popular.

I've always been an average gamer ever since I started playing since consoles whenever I was very young. But recently (About 6-8 months) now I have increased my skill in quakelive and games in general. I'm 21 years old so I'm not a spring chicken like the average gamer who most likely range from 14-19. But I feel ageing has taught me a thing or two and has given me a vast amount of wisdom and experience. If anything, I'm a much better gamer now than I ever was.

How can this be you might ask?

There's a number of reasons may they be fact or fiction. But I think changing up my diet and working out reguarly has definitely made me much happier and more energetic which let's admit it surely can't be a bad thing for anything in life let alone gaming. Secondly playing with a clear head and not underestimating any opponent really improved my play. Also, making the best of every given situation whenever possible and trying to see the bright side in situations where I mess up i.e "Yeah, I probably should have got the kill but I've left him on low hp, as long as I get a good spawn there's no reason why I can't get back into this" etc.

Another factor was making sure I was extremely comfortable with my setup before beginning to play so I can't at any point blame my mouse, surface, sound etc for the reason I didn't perform to my fullest potential.

All of these factors combined with speccing professional players and watching vods / demos whenever I can has really improved my game ten fold.

Is there anything you can think of which improved your skill in gaming? Even the smallest little changes would be a cool thing to put down just to compare :)

Don't worry lads this isn't about that Dutch monstrosity. Basically, my ping is average to shit. I usually ping 50-60 to uk servers, similar to french and nl about 70. It's fairly playable and I have no complaints but at nighttime, around 10 onwards enemies become unhittable but I have the same ping.

Can there be any explanation as to why my ingame feels different after said period of time? :/

You've given me multiple warnings, one that was deserved but there has been others which have definitely not been deserved. I assumed you probably just had a bad day but maybe you're actually like this to everyone, who knows.

Please, do something better with your time and give warnings/ban people who actually deserve it and yes... there are many on here.

I want to join the Unreal North community as I have gotten back into ut2004 but everytime I attempt to log in with my email it doesn't let me. It just links to a black page and whenever I refresh it takes me back to the homepage without logging in.

I've tried using my username instead of my email and I still get the same result :/ I would really like to post as i've got a few game problems with ut regarding refresh rates and configuration. I'm also interested in the competitive scene as well ;p

I use Gillete fusion with a fusion blade. I always shave in the shower and wait at least 10 minutes so that the hot water makes my beard soft and easier to shave.

Wondering what everyone uses and what you think is the best. I have very sensitive skin and thus far that combo + a hot shower never gives me a rash and the cut is pretty amazing tbh. You really do get what you pay for end of the day.

I have some nivia moisturising gel from crimbo and some after balm. Shall put up a review if anyone wants to know how it compares to gilette.
