got to make up for 6 days of non-spamming

i've been doing quite a lot of jogging letely, it's quite boring but I have nuthin else to do, I challenge myself by going 5 - 10 minutes longer each day. The longest I've gone so far was 1hour 15 minutes two days ago. I sometimes get ramdom idiots calling out to me whilst jogging and I feel like going and kicking their ass to shut them up, but I don't. Coz I do this jogging my lungs feel really large, I can take deep breaths and they work smoothy. I feel fit. What's best of all about this jogging is I'm getting really firm buttcheeks, it's great!

you should try taking it out of the oven every 5 mins to put some more sauce on , otherwise it will all go dry.

If you don't jogging an average speed of... what the fuck was it... between 7-12 km, it's not jogging. Usefull tip!! :)
