Dates : October 31st and November 1st

Prize money:
- 1st : $2,500 + paid hotel & travel to DHW18
- 2nd : $1,750 + paid hotel & travel to DHW18
- 3rd : $1,250 + paid hotel & travel to DHW18
- 4th : $750 + paid hotel & travel to DHW18
- 5th/6th : $500

The top 4 is also directly qualified into DHW18.

Rapha's aim just went to shit in the grand finals. Raisy just was always hitting the shot. That last last rail of the match is one that rapha has to hit.

Amazing play from Raisy, what a player and coming from the lower bracket and basically winning 4 maps on the trot against the greatest duel player who ever lived was incredible.

Rapha always a class act, I appreciated him clapping for Raisy winning, he knows how good he was to beat him.

Astonishing final. This is the first time I've enjoyed QC as much as QLive. It reminded me of the Evil-Rapha Qcon finals in the way two players, at the top of their game, were pushing each other to their limits.

Not to take anything from Raisy, but it looked to me like Rapha was taking the initiative and creating situations to win whereas Raisy played passively. I noticed this in Raisy's games against Veneguer where both played somewhat passively but Veneguer's aim is just phenomenal and it ends up working for him against Raisy's style of play.

I am very impressed by rapha's lg in QC when he is warmed up. I honestly think he has the best lg after serious but unlike serious he doesn't sacrifice rockets for LG. His only problem is he is not as consistent as the other LG heavy players. And congrats to raisy in beating rapha in one of the bestest shapes I've seen him in.

The prizemoney is a joke, especially for such high level of play. It almost looks like someone is pocketing the players' prize money.

It probably took ~$50k+ if not more to organize this thing: venue, hardware, setting up, commentators etc., all seemed professional, and the players get nothing to show for it.

$2500 is peanuts, can make more money in a month working just about anywhere with no education (in Canada, at least, mininum wage is $15.50 x 40h/week x 4weeks/mo = $2500/month)

If you think 2500$ a month is peanuts you clearly don't know ANYTHING about Europe, living conditions and minium wages.

"Minimum Salary in Kiev, Ukraine. The official minimum salary in Kiev as of 2018 is of 3723 UAH. That is approximately 140 US dollars and slightly more than 110 euros"

Belarus 120�

Balkan region has around ~500 � (croatia, slovenia, serbia etc) or less

You CANNOT get 2500$ in a month without education in EU and it's considered a lot of money.

While I agree that $2500 is not peanuts here in Denmark a job with no education can net you around 2500 dollars a month easy. That is before taxes though, which here in Denmark are quire high.
