just my impression, review looks negative overall. People said it was a "flawless" sensor before, this says otherwise

He says that the Spawn has some issues in 500 Hz mode and with almost all 800 dpi settings. Also he says it's too heavy for him but that's pretty much every negative aspect he mentions. He said that it is a great mouse for finger tipp players and that he would recommend it to such players. Nothing about the Abyssus being better or worse, he only comparet the two.

Little bit offtopic.

I use a fingertip grip where i don't touch the mousepad when I game, and on the abyssus I could never get comfortable. When I didn't game, I had the back of my fingers on the mouse, because it felt like i got a cramp in my hand.

My aim was really crap with it as well, missing so many easy shots.

I hate switching between mouses, but the mouse I've kept using the longest so far is the MX518.

i also said that spawn sucks after 30mins of experience with it but danish esr anonymous flamed me and rest were saying my spawn is broken :/

I think guy reviewing mouse have had a bad piece of hw, since I dont have any issues with my spawn. Tracks perfectly, without any flaws. Yes its possible theres a tiny bit of accel, but i dont mind it anyway, since its nothing like kinzu. Also theres absolutely no corner snapping which is awesome. Compared to other sensors it performs just as well as Razer 3G and 3.5G.

Ordered one yesterday, haven't heard anything bad about the sensor and the shape looked
damn perfect.
