except he had an easy life with a loving family and had lessons from pavarotti. although he had a crap job in selling phones he was also getting paid for doing opera shows etc too
how do you know this guy didn't have opera lessons? matter of fact why are they so surprised when they hear him as if they haven't heard him already before the big stage, music and shit? so weak.
because homeless people tend to favour food to singing lessons? he may have had some advice from the club singer when listening as a kid but a random singer in a bar/club isnt exactly comparable to pavarotti...
what makes you think theyve heard him before? its the first auditions...if theres a filtering process before the tv auditions like american idol does then that is normally done by random workers than the actual judges
its koreas got talent, not korean idol...in the got talent series the first auditions on tape are in front of an audience...unlike american idol where they go in a small room with the judges.
any filtering before then i doubt would be done by the judges
e.g. with american idol someone said they made it to round n which was like 2 rounds before they would get to go in that small room and sing to paula/simon
It was mean of them to laugh at him for being poor even if it was faked - imagine if someone said they were a laborer on American Idol and Simon Cowell just burst out laughing. That shit would be all over Youtube without even having the singing part.
Hahah, yeah. Who knows, maybe she was laughing from feeling uncomfortable. I don't know enough about their culture to really criticize the reaction of laughing anyway.
christ! you would of thought that slovakia's got talent would be scraping the barrel to such an extent that the bottom of the barrel erodes and I have no idea where this barrel analogy is going.
look forward to seeing if a north korean version will pop up though! god knows what those crazy koreans have learned to do behind closed doors!
