The colour of skin is irrelevant as racism is not confined to a single race.

Depends how much you have for spend. If you have a lot, then I would recommend using the gel operation done in Dentist's office for the first time (Zoom! teeth whitening is one) and after that the "molds+gel" combination you can apply home.

The molds+gel combination is less efficient short time, but it has been reported to have better long term effect (your teeth will naturally become yellower[?] so you need to re-do the operation from time to time, 0,5-3years). I recommend this option, it's cheaper and you can always re-operate it at home by just buying more gel.

DON'T use the operations that only rely on the UV-ray lamps, such as "Hollywood Smile", their effects are very short-term!

The teeth whitening gels are basically just diluted (15% at the dentist, about 3 - 5% for home kits) hydrogen peroxide, which is the active component in bleach - You can basically dilute household bleach and it'll have the same effect, combine with your basic boil and bite mouthgard and you have an effective teeth whitening solution.

Also, if you use the home bleach kits, beware that the slight "tightening" they describes on the packaging is very similar to the feeling one would have if your teeth were to implode one by one.

The one thing you have to realise is that whitening will only bring your teeth back to their natural whiteness, which for some is hardly white at all.

If you have flouride staining, little white blotches on your teeth, beware that bleaching will temporarily make them stand out a lot more.

Also, if you use the home bleach kits, beware that the slight "tightening" they describes on the packaging is very similar to the feeling one would have if your teeth were to implode one by one.
