yeah, ive experianced the same during the CPL, he is a nice guy and have nothing against him.

Bill Gates is also very nice, if you've ever met him in person. Oh, and so is Bush. Not saying Angel is anything like these people, it's just that you should be critical of peoples and organizations actions, not their PR fronts :) The criticism CPL gets is not gonna be negated by being EXTREMELY nice.
That being said, CPL will get much more praise if it picks Q4 as the next WT game. And yet, that's not gonna excuse CPL from criticism relating to organizational mistakes or whatever else. Obviously, me and others personally don't have any angst against CPL, or the promotion of e-sports on which it's working really hard, and I'm sure It would be really interesting to talk to Angel personally :) In other words, please use logic.
