I live in LTU, but not far from Riga (120km). We often spend time in Rigas center, there is always foreign people chilling all night (if good weather). There is few good strip bars and nightclubs (need to visit then good DJ is in). I wasn't yet this year, but last summer ,we were like 4-5 times, few clubs compare to my city are realy nice, good girls, nice public.
Foreigs coming (etc swedes), becose its like 4-5 times everything cheaper then in scandic countrys.

I'm from Belgrade, so I may be of some help help to you. I'd suggest check some youtube videos and see what kind of club suits your taste, there's really many great places in the city. I won't go in any specifics because it's really a big place. Have fun man :)
