I don't know about themes, but for ringtones, you can easily make your own.

Find out what format your Sony Ericsson uses, and edit the MP3 to the section of the song you want (Use Audacity) and save it as a .mp3.

After that, use a file converter to convert the format to whatever you need to. Then, copy it onto your phone by USB, and it should work.

Just do some searches in Google, you'll find something.
