WinD is looking for people to donate some cheese as "Season 1 prize pool which will be a financial loss during the first season due to the 4500 dollar season 1 budget"

just giving you a heads up on this and to anyone who wasn't aware of this tournament - not seen much coverage of it here or any mention of it and some of you perhaps want to participate in the season.

also please bare in mind:

"If the goal is not met our timing for Season 1 will be thrown off and we will have lost the $3400 funding from both AE eSports' "WinD" ($2,500) and $900 already coming from Quake fans & the community. The QCL will end up Dead On Arrival. "

with the money that's already been spent on this tournament I think it'd be a shame for it to fall at the final financial hurdle...

the right thing for Dahang to do would be to share some of his prize money with long time rival (and at times second place to) WinD or at least for him to contribute to the league imo
