This did definitely not fix the micro stuttering and constant fps drops for me. In fact, after installing I played a TDM on Blood Covenant, and I don't recall the game having ever run so poorly.

They made a driver for beta as well, it made no difference. But this one I got a 3% fps improvement. But still stutter etc. 980ti

Stutter is why I still don't play this game. Limited time for gaming as is just holding out hope it will get fixed

The only one there I would really question is the one that says to optimal power, there I think you would want optimal performance.

I am experiencing stuttering and constant fps drops. No matter what resolution I set, no matter how much FPS i cap. If i cap 160 fps it will drop to 120 or even more. If I cap 120 fps it will drop to 100 or even more. If I cap fps at 100 it will drop to 80 or even more. If I cap fps to 80 it will drop to 70. This is fucking weird. No matter what resolution I set, no matter what capped fps I have there will be always drops. I ve been using cccleaner + gamebooster - didnt help. I have format my pc installed only things that are important for quake and still the same shit. Game of course is optimized, but still that FPS drop that is happening is horribel. Why you cant get constant fps? I dont understand how this is not fixed

Im with an i5 4570, gtx 1060 6gb factory OCed, 1080p all details at minimum, and i cant get locked 120fps, constantly goes up and down between 90 and 120 : ( And it feels like even less fps actually, its strange...

Tried with these drivers, same result as before. Sometimes it's buttery smooth (usually the first game of the day), and then it gets to be unplayable. Especially on the new tempest map. FPS capped to 125. i7 7700K @ 5ghz, 11GB 1080ti OC'd, 32GB ram, 2560x1440p Ultra (capable of getting ~200fps uncapped). Not being able to run this game properly on this system is beyond frustrating
