id being incompetent again. When trying to buy a subscription (when you click in "Go Pro") I get the "An Error Has Occurred" page with the Orb image:

This has been happening to a lot of people:

Basically, what they suggest is:
-Removing cache
-Trying a different browser
I've tried both.
Then if it doesn't work they basically tell you to go to other place with a different ISP and buy it from there. Or use a proxy (something which seems very dodgy, doing a transaction throught a proxy? ...)

They also tell you to send an email to the support theam which they will not reply to. And what can they do anyway? They say the problem is your IP location can't be recognized by Geoiptool. Mine can't ,but it can be recognized by other sites such as:
http://www.iplocation.net/

It's clearly their problem because they:
-Are using shitty technology to trace IP locations
-Are not giving any detailed explaination of what is going on besides an stupid Error page with a "funny orb image". And this has been going on for months.

Not content with ruining the free experience, now they want people to go throught the annoying task of finding a working proxy and then doing a transaction throught it which sounds really dodgy. Way to go.
