Hi there. I like to collect tournament demos for quake live, and plan one day to release the collection. Thus, I'm hoping to be as extensive and precise as possible with my demos, which unfortunately is difficult when dealing with tournaments that happened a few years ago.

Currently, I have no demos for:

• IEM4 Global Challenge Dubai
• IEM4 American Championship Finals
• Quakecon 2010 (only missing a few of these)
• Quakecon 2009 (there are literally like 2 demos available for this, thought I'd just toss it on the list anyway)

For the IEM4 tournaments, the demos were at one point in time available, but where they were uploaded on the ESL website, the files are no longer available.

When trying to download the demos, it simply says 'file not found', and this is the case for ALL matches, even the semi/grand finals.

For QuakeCon 2010, the missing demos are:

*cypher's POV of the upper bracket semi-finals vs spart1e
*cypher's POV of the upper bracket finals vs stermy
*cypher's POV of the grand finals vs coolleR
*coolleR's POV of the grand finals vs cypher
*spart1e's POV of the upper bracket semi-finals vs cypher
*spart1e's POV of the lower bracket quarter-finals vs dahang
*spart1e's POV of the lower bracket semi-finals vs coolleR

So, if anyone could link me to some demos that are available, or is generous enough to upload some themselves, it would be greatly appreciated.

Japan dude, are u attempting to be a super pro duelist now? I see you posting on ESR a lot asking for various helps with hardware and duel tactics. I know u messed around in duel back when we were still in idk but now it's more like you're a full time duelist ever since u left FR

Not sure if the demos you're missing are in here, since they are
unsorted. but I added all the ones I have from cypher/cooller/spart1e.
qcon2k10: (103mb)

I think these are the Dubai demos, since they seem to match the dates.

Here's a list of what I have for ESWC08 and QCON08.
Sorry I don't seem to have any of the IEM4 US groupstage demos.

Looking for somwhere to upload the remaining unsorted QCON08 demos atm (they're 3gb :/),
the 1v1 and CTF demos are up now:

I don't have the IEM4 Asian Finals demos though, sorry.

EDIT: Here are the demos (78mb).
I didn't have time to sort through the ones which were not labelled by POV.
So it may contain a few non-rapha pov demos.

Nah I haven't uploaded my collection anywhere yet. I only have one tourny left to sort, but school/laziness have prevented me from finally finishing. I don't have any IEM4 American Champsionship groupstage demos, but I have the Playoffs. and yes I have ESWC 2010, which was the only ESWC to do ql. I don't have ESWC 2008 since my collection only contains ql

what do you mean? the cypher POV demos were never released for qcon 2010, even the grand finals. as far as I know, they can't be "found" since they don't exist. I have spectator POVs of the grand final, but not player POVs.

I've been wondering for quite a while but couldn't we recreate cypher's pov using wolfcam? Mick05 posted a demo of cooller/cypher on aero but considering it's a spec demo it changes povs quite frequently. So what i thought was everytime it changes to cooller's pov we use wolfcam to see cypher's pov. The same could be done for cooller's pov.

ehh im too lazy. I know it can be done but the video might seem a bit choppy because you have to piece clips together unless your a good editor. Also i heard wolfcam can't see povs of enemy that is far away so that will be a problem too.

yeah you can only switch POVs if the players are physically close to each other. plus, I have zero experience with wolfcam and am too lazy to edit all those clips together. if some brave soul ever did it though, many +'s would be had.
