That's Dion, the Canadian RA3 player and older brother of cK-Insano (who finished top 10 at the event). I had just met him at that event, so I don't recall his game alias. You can also see him molesting the Hyatt's gingerbread house with Makaveli just before recounting his pre-match spliff and his opponent "railing [him] up the ass like a bitch."

Of course, the comical highlight of the video is Socrates being so high that he read off the previous night's Chinese food order (the infamous 'SS Pork' incident) when we were trying to order 12 club sandwiches and 12 hot fudge sundays on Clan [9]US/XSR's room service tab (Thanks, Hakeem & Sujoy!).
