i think i am the only one here who has never seen an episode of sopranos, lost, prison break, etc.

theres no comparing the sopranos to prison break or lost. the sopranos is a 6 season masterpiece of film. it doesnt deserve the tag of a 'tv show', cause its not. its like a novel.

its too bad you dont watch tv shows, cause this one is really worth it..

Dont compare it to Lost, prison break, etc. they are all trash in comparison.

I can't believe it's ending :( It's without a doubt the best television series I've ever seen.

i didn't even know a new season started? season 6 is the new one? i'll start downloading if so

season 6 part 2, they did 12 eps then waited a year and now have shown the next 9

i have the four first seasons on dvd, just haven't found time to watch it yet

the best season them. People say season 5+6a are shit but truth is, where they don't really shine like the first four, they're miles ahead of other shows.

I think 5 will be much more fitting now, with the added stories and development of season 6. 6a has some nice moments but is the most boring out of the lot likely.

besides, it's worth watching up to s3 just to see the pine barrens episode :D

It was pretty good, I think because we have grown up with these great chars, we care so much what happens to them that makes it so riveting, rather than these eps themselves being particularly great.

I feel everything is a bit rushed tho, Chris's death a few eps ago and then everyone seemingly forgetting about this soon after was just a crap way to end one of the main chars of the show. Overall I think Sopranos will be seen as a great, great show for its first 4 seasons and after that it will be seen as having lost its way somewhat although it still is one of the very best shows on tv.

I just hope they have a fitting ending next week. It will be a big disappointment for me if the remaining chars just get killed off nonchalantly. Tony has to die, to give some finality to the show, but I hope it is done with some emotional depth, and not some shallow cheap ending that will leave us feeling cold.

i don't think he has to die as such,but there has to be a concequence for all his actions.

lets face it, up until now everything that has got really shitty ended up going way, he's never had to suffer as such. I think it's finally caught up to him, there is noone to backlash at Phil if he does anything drastic like go for his family (I really think he will).

I recently watched some episodes of season 1, it's amazing how much they have all changed. Meadow was quite plump, and AJ was a fat little shite.

haha yeah, the funniest though has to be Tony's voice, he hadn't quite nailed it yet and seems kind of squeeky.

spot on about meadow she has a major huge arse and looks as if he lowered herself to the hollywood look, but she looks mighty fine now.
