Got the WMO today and well, the cord is pretty fucking annoying. The cord is going downwards a LOT when it exits the mouse, causing it to 'grind' against the mousemat which hinders the mousemovent immensely. Now would anyone have any clue as to how to solve this? Read somewhere some people strip the isolation, although I don't quite want to fuck the mouse up since it's not that easy to find it :)

Since I've got a Kinzu and a DeathAdder ( obviously ), and don't use either one of them, I thought I'd give building a KinzuAdder a shot.
Now I checked out this KinzuAdder thread, but the poster's links where down, so I hoped anyone here could link me some guide, or the thread poster could put the links back up.

Already dismantled both the mice, now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the grey bit ( connecting the 'sensor card' with the 'button' card in the DeathAdder one ). I'll let my father do the soldering etc. since I have no clue how to handle that, but first he'll have to know what to do and stuff :)

I have a 22" screen, 16:10 ratio. When I set r_mode 16 ingame ( 1280x800 ), it shows me this ( picture ). Why isn't this fullscreen? As far as I know, 1280x800 is still 16:10. Might it be because I'm using this terrible monitor atm with a VGA cable ( into a dvi inserted in my pc ).

When moving my mouse, my screen lags quite a lot. I've got 120 hz with 500 hz polling rate. Vsync off / r_swapinterval 0 and all my videocard settings on lowest. Got the deathadder lefthanded and the xai. Help would be greatly appreciated :x

Would anyone know why mice move so slow on my mousepad, as they're a somehow "glued" to my mat. I got it with both the abysssus & ms1.1 on the puretrak talent. I just placed hyperglides on the ms1.1 1 or 2 months ago :( And as I heard, hyperglides last pretty long, so I doubt it's bec of my mousefeet. Would it perhaps be bec of the mousemat wearing off ? But same thing goes for the puretrak, people say it takes soooo long for it to wear off. So what should I do ? :( Any tips ? ( I prefer that my mouse goes pretty fast on the map, so it's enjoyable to handle it and still controlable. )

Oh, and is there a possibility to "reset" like the usb ports ( so they are the same as when I bought the pc ) and somehow the internal software of a mouse.

I just found out something about my problem ( http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=1950252 ). When playing Quake Live with in_mouse 2, it feels like 450 dpi, or atleast a lot lower then 800 ! Now would anyone inform me how this could help me while playing a game such as Wolfenstein ET where the option in_mouse 2 isn't enabled ?

BUT NO, even on my new pc, the dpi STILL is ca. 800 dpi. I mean, wtf could have happened. The mouse itself has been infected, my router perhaps ?
Help would be so much appreciated.

So suddenly, this weekend, I booted my pc and bam, the sens was way higher than it's supposed to be. I have no id what happened ...
(At that time I had razer drivers & razer diamondback 3g / random mouse ( mousefeet of the db were fucked up)) Now I owe a razer abyssus ( But that doesn't rly matter to it I guess ).
