beginning was good, but when the music came in and there started to be so many meaningless clips next to each other i felt how my eyelids were getting heavier and heavier.

though the movie could have been more interesting if i had played hl2.

Saw the first version a while ago, amazing job.

Maybe if you narrow your mind to the world and history of machinima music videos rendered in HL2 (which I was not able to do), this one is an amazing masterpiece. And while it's cool that someone can put something like this together, on a broader scale, it sucked. I found the video quite funny to watch, as the facial movement looks retarded, and the animations were nowhere near being synchronized properly with the music. It's very repetitive when it comes to G-Man's singing shots, while the rest of the video is filled with random HL2 footage. For me, the best part of the video was the song.

How do you open them in a background tab in Firefox? All I know besides the right-click menu is Ctrl + click to pen in new tab. And if I do that, it doesn't matter what the HTML code says about the link. It always opens in a new tab, and not a new window.

The mouth animation is kinda weird at times when the singer is using more power, but it's the G-Man's eyes that are amazing to me. They really express something. Most likely evil or anger, not sure ;)

Yes, it's either Ctrl+LeftClick or clicking the mousewheel button. Except in the former case, the link also loads in the *current* window, in addition to the tab. Which tells me that some wise guy decided to stick an 'onClick' to the link, just in case my browser can't handle regular links... FFS.

It's only the last links (file mirrors) that act this way. At first I suspected this was intentionally done by the poster (as the other links are fine), but then I noticed that the 'onClick' sends me to a download script here on ESR, which in turn sends me to the same page as the original freaking link. WTF... Make it one or the other, but not both, whoever did this.

BTW, for me new tabs opened from links are not selected (see Firefox advanced options), and as such, they load in the background. I switch tabs manually.

Ok. But the mirror links can't be edited in that way by the poster. That's added bye the site, not poster, so it must be something Sujoy has made happen. Now I also get that it openes both ere and in the new tap if I Ctrl + click on one of the mirror links. But if I right-click the link, and select Open Link in New Tab it opens only in a new tab, not this window.

That's because 'onClick' only handles left mouse clicks. Hence the name, 'onClick'.

And somehow I don't recall mirror link behavior being this broken in the past.

href works when you right-click and select 'open in a new window'
it also works in opera for 'drag link' (opens in a new window/new tab)

Mouse3 (mwheel) clicks work here and it opens in a new tab, but doesn't touch this tab. Ctrl-click opens the link in both this tab and a new tab for me.
