Same issue with Australian servers

Huehue-ing aside, that server does suck balls.

It has constant PL, has 5 seconds long freezes every 5 minutes, and the routing is so bad the rest of the continent is getting no less than 90ms when it should be 40 to 60. For people in SA it's a better experience to play on US servers with 126ms than in SA's.

The server is so bad I'm sure it wasn't tested. Just one match shows the issues. In fact I'm sure they didn't put much thought into even where to place it, as in SA the majority of Quake players are in Chile and Argentina, not Brazil.

But since QC is just a quick cash grab (outsourced to quite bad & cheap Russian devs) I don't expect the server situation to improve.

er... no, sir, the majority of SA Quake players were always in Brazil. Only QL didn't thrived here, but QC is bringing a bunch of oldschool players back into action.

having that said, i think there should be servers in AR and CL as soon as possible!
