but i'm lazy.

currently 182cm tall and ~90kg, i'm over-weighted, i'm far from fat, but i got a belly, i'm still "bulky" tho, not because of the fat, but cause i did 11 years of fencing when i was younger and i used to to fitness (push-up, pull-ups etc) at home (could even do 120 push-ups at once at my peak :))

been like years now that i don't do any kind of sport anymore, and i'm on meds which increase the appetit, so i eat more.

like i said i'm far from fat but still over-weighted, my dream weight would be 75-80kg.

luckily enough i have pretty good genes so often people say to me "are you doing any kind of sport to be bulky like you are?", and that even now with my 90kg :D

my arms are my strongest part, i always had strong arms (maybe cause of fencing and push-ups), but my weakness is my belly, atm i have a rather fat belly :)

so keep doing sport to keep the beautiful body that you got, but remember, if you want to attract girls, it's obviously not only about the body :D, actually most girls don't care much about body as long as you're not too skinny or too fat ;)

i'd say "nice work" and good body, and whatnot, except that everything else you do gives me the general impression that you're a dick, and that you're not doing this stuff just for yourself, you're doing it to prove a point to others, and to make other people feel inferior. in fact, you say that sort of thing all the time, saying you're part of the idiot-masterrace, alltime topbest genes EU/world, etc., and then putting down others immediately after. so despite the nice job you've done with your body, you get no respect from me, and i'm guessing from many others around here, because of the terrible attitude and persona you present online. just something to think about.
