You can go into the options menu and keep pressing the left arrow to lower the mouse sensitivity until its negative. I think that will do it.

Yea it does (hold down the right instead. going left would take too long), but that also changes horizontal too.
I also tried adjusting m_speed_x or _y before asking, but those doesn't seem to work.

Sorry about these bugs, the code is really rough around the edges and loads of these things just slipped through the cracks. I guess those two are broken.... I guess it doesn't support the correct kind of inv mouse. I just looked at the code for it and i basically would need to remove the m_speed command just because of how stupid code that i was writing in 2015 is. :[

I would want to patch this game, but I could literally do that all month.

Anyway I still patched it out, I just removed the m_speed command and now you do it with m_speed_x and _y... this is the fixed exe:
