don't worry quake champions will be out this year, but will die sooner because the community doesn't want a new quake but "quake 3 arena 2"

Overwatch has already taken the place of "lesser individual skilled" fun team fps game. I believe there won't be enough enough popularity for Quake Champions too, it'll be a let down and ppl will just go back to QL

Die soon? That's if it fails to catch the attention of people outside from our community. That could happen, I wouldn't really be surprised. But, even if Quake Champions managed to fill every expectations of our community, it would be a massive failure if it didn't succeed in getting new players.
