actually xanax does absolutely nothing to me, except maybe if i take like a lot of it, i will feel like sleepy or something, like i need to sleep etc, but otherwise it does absolutely nothing to me, except removing my "major anxiety crisis" which is the purpose of it.

that's why i love xanax, it just removes what i hate the most (major anxiety/paranoid) without doing any other real side effects. :)

Take a lot of it... oh... it can't last forever. You gonna find out sooner or later, there's a limit for everything.

I tried it sometime ago, 1 pill and I felt like in heaven. It's not worth it.

When the addiction gets strong enough, you can actually die from withdrawal, Xanax usage has permanent side effects on personality and I've seen people who are ex-xanax users. Heroin, cocaine etc. etc. addicts live happier lives.

When you will quit using (which is going to happen eventually, believe it or not), even when downing the dosage, doing it correctly etc. get help.

The long term side effects of consistent use of xanax (and then stopping) are far worse than you could ever imagine :>

Tranquilizers don't have long-term therapeutic properties. They alleviate certain symptoms, but they do not solve, fix the causes.

It's only a matter of time before those drugs have adverse side-effects as you will build up tolerance with higher doses, or if you are taking strict doses of relatively low quantity the mechanism of action (the way medication works, on which specific or non-specific receptors the medication interacts with) is going to weaken, in other words, you gonna take that same dose and start to experience the same symptoms you were combating when you started the treatment, same tolerance just takes a while to build up like that.

These two options are the only options for long-term use of addictive drugs. Considering you are taking it for 5 months, it's not long before things go worse (I'd say you have a couple of months at best), also note that not all individuals experience withdrawal syndrome straight away, it might take a day or two of absence as the medication and byproducts of it passes away from your system with rate unique to the speed of your metabolism.

Trust me, start lowering doses right now and get off this shit while it's not too late (Xanax is bad more than 2-3 months, it's a gamble later on), there are safer alternatives than a friggin tranquilizer, some SSRI's (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) class anti-depressants can have the same desired effects of effectively reducing anxiety without the addictive properties, though it can take a while to get the right doses figured out and the exact medication for it to work optimally.

well in fact i'm taking it since september/october 2015 :) (same dosage)

I already take a SSRI (zoloft) and a neuroleptic (zyprexa) since 2011 or earlier, can't really remember. But even with those 2 meds, at relatively high dosage (100mg zoloft and 20mg zyprexa) i still had ~every 2 days or so some very VERY VERY stressful and annoying "major anxiety crisis", that only went off if i slept. But considering the fact that i obviously can't sleep at day when i'm outside etc, it was really a pain in the ass tbh.
Since i'm taking xanax i don't have those "major anxiety crisis" anymore, And i don't feel sleepy or more relaxed or anything, like i said, xanax only removes the anxiety crisis without any real side effects (like feeling drunk / too relaxed / sleepy or any other worst side effects).

ok 10min now, i start to feel "drunk soft", things start to get interesting. :D

ok guys, just drank 22cl more, will see how it goes, i'm feeling quite good actually, alcohol is one of the best drug tbh, but weed is better, but unfortunately can't smoke it for different reasons :D

I already have my meds that help me a lot, to feel way less anxious, to feel "normal", quite happy about life etc :)
