i remember having issues with some of my games with both win8 and win 7 dev previews as well. all of them were fixed.

Though, tbh I think whoever made it wrote "Quake World (QL Quake World)" as a mistake and meant quakelive.

Anyway, multiple people running the win10 beta's have been playing QL fine once actual win10 gpu drivers are installed.

I did not meet any game which worked on win8.1 but refused to work on win10. Perhaps there are some rare exceptions, but most works just fine.
