I pre ordered the Ninox Aurora back in november. While my order got paused for the massdrop, I finally got a supportticket answer that my mouse was being sent.

Unfortunately for me, the package got lost somewhere between in UK, Denmark or Sweden. Amazon, which handles the delivery, takes no responsibility as they respond 'talk to the seller' and none of the above mentioned countries postal service can actually say where the package is. UK say it passed on to Denmark, first call to Swedish postal service says it is in Denmark,Denmark says it is in Sweden and second call to Sweden is responded with that it isn't in Sweden and not in Denmark. In short, I'm screwed and they all tell me 'talk to the seller'.

All that said, I cannot get hold of anyone at Ninox. Multiple tickets at their homepage when logged in doesn't get an answer. Mailing Ninox have yet to render me an answer either. PM'ing BST on Reddit doesn't have any effect and I cannot PM on this page (I'm not allowed to yet or something along those lines).

The answer I end up with is that I am screwed by Ninox for 50 Euro (price+delivery+taxes) and I have to deal with it.

Does anyone else have any idea what I can do to get myself the money back or the mouse itself?

TL;DR Paid for Ninox Aurora, it never came, possibly lost in delivery somewhere in Europe and Ninox will not respond. 50 euro lost. Halp.
