Pretty barebones, none of the weird-ass tdm binds some configs have. Custom crosshair/custom hud gfx ( anni/dithes ), both should be on http://gfx.quakeworld.nu/.

man there was a website of quake4 i guess that you could make your own config just fitting the spaces that had the features of the config, just in the website, you didn't have to open or create the config itself. it was so nice at that time, i wonder if people still have it on the internet!

The widescreen setting in ezquake is busted ( it assumes 16/10 no matter what your resolution is ) so if you do play in widescreen, you're going to have to recalculate conheight and conwidth by hand ( basically divide your resolution by 3 or 4 ). Other than that there isn't really much you need to tweak o make the game playable.
