Try reinstalling graphics card drivers is the only thing I can think of. I can't find any evidence of it being reported before which makes me think something is just glitched. Have you restarted since this started happening?

Note: it's not a cvar, but an error option from the renderer gl.

Backup your config, then delete it from your baseq3 folder. Worked for me once or twise back in the Quake 3-days.

EDIT: I derped after I saw cvar-guru Lorfa said its not a cvar. Ignore my suggestion.

What looks suspisious to me is "MODE: -1, 0 x 0 windowed hz:60" - maybe OGL refuses to create window with 0 x 0 res? IDK if this log should look like that, maybe it's normal though.
