All of these are possible :)

type cg_draw and then press tab to see a list of all the possible options (a whole bunch are under different commands, so you'll need to do some reseaarch).
As I recall, cg_drawrewards 0 will turn off excellents and impressives. Might need to kill the audio announcement too if you want, not sure if this ql command has made it to wolfcam yet.

The frag message things (cg_drawfragmessagetokens or obituarytokens etc. etc.) can be customised to change the frag messages/icons/etc or to turn them off entirely.

Second one you need to bind a key to fragforward.
I use:
bind f "fragforward;wait;rewind 5"
Which will give you a bit before the actual frag so you have some context. Turning it on and off prints to console, so check that if it's not immediately working (It makes a sound when it skips)

The QLDT tool above works ok. Just be aware it'll crash and burn if you try and search through too many demos :P


edit: if you're doing freecam it's probably easier to just do cg_draw2d 0 and..uh cg_drawstatus 0. Those should get rid of your hud entirely :]

I'm still having trouble with the fragforward. Is fragforward a command? I didn't find it in the cvar listings found here

I set the bind up in my autoexec, but it doesn't really do anything. What's the actual command to view only my frags?

update: I got it to work. I simply can't play with timescale before I use the bind. Is there a way to cancel it once I find the frag I want?

press it again, it should print to console, saying fragforward off.

or just type fragforward in console to toggle iirc.

You can ask for demos in here but people will usually want to see your previous efforts.
My suggestion is to take a few frags you like, show us what you're capable of and do a demo roll call
