I have this problem every single time I load QL. Pressing reload doesn't do shit. As others have said, open task manager and kill the process. Cleaning browser cache fixes it too. Which browser are you using?

Firefox, although Chrome didn't help and neither did IE. I guess clearing browser cache is no longer an option then. Killing process hum I'm not sure if I was doing it right but killing a process shuts down the whole browser lol.

Anyway, the salvation lies in running the browser in administrator mode :)
