Good game recently. Pretty nice community. UE3 engine (for me: sadly). They will add "lean" soon. Full f2p on steam. There is no sucky cash shop etc. US army sponsoring this game, that's why. Classic shooter. I like maps, Hospital is best. As a f2p game with low budget is very good. Now it is in beta stage. pretty easy game btw. lean preview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0JOsVyU1Aw

You can rent a server. There is PB, you can have PBBans on it etc. Servers have quite a lot of settings for admins. Game has in game console on.

This game is a bit Niche game, no marketing i think. But for me it's not very realistic, not in a annoying way. It's nothing like Arma 3. Try it.

Interesting thing... I think I like Hardcore mode more than normal in AA4.

Still AA4 is better than new AAA shooters.

I've been playing. Didn't have much expectation but this game is really fun. You have to talk with your squad and use tactics to win. I also like hard core mode servers where the hud is turned off mostly. You really need to look before you shoot so you don't team kill. I worked up a sweat! I'd give this one an 8.5. Really surprised and pleased. And for a free game, wow.

imo something like mix of CoD and CS, but with things like prone, lean etc is more like cod. But is not that bad as free game with low budget.

I think that AA naver has big community, always small but quite good, because all retards plays cod and bf ;d

I've had a couple different, random encounters over the years with people that have played America's Army. They are a scary bunch of people, it's like you need to be a member of a local (real life) militia or some hardcore survivalist in order to play AA. The one guy was dressed head to toe in camo, during the middle of summer, at a computer store (Microcenter). He never made any mention about being in the military, but he wasn't shy at all making it clear that he played AA. And they're relentless, reminded me of Jehovah Witnesses.

I mean dude, here I am minding my own business buying a keyboard or some shit. Out of nowhere this guy comes up and starts talking. Within like 30sec he's into this whole schpeel about AA and how it so great and such an experience and nothing else like it and blah blah blah. Jesus H. Christ.
