ESR - Random terrible FPS drops

Changed my config and in the last few days have got really shitty fps drops on maps like asylum for no reason. Have no clue why since every other game runs fine

Anyone care to tell me why? :[

As far as I can tell though, the weather and shit is off though. I have changed lighting mode though

I think you can't remove the fog effect completely, and that is what is causing your new settings to get fucked.
