He's using:

800 cpi
sens 4
m_yaw/pitch 0.020
cl_mouseaccel 0.5
cl_mouseAccelOffset 5

I'm sure the offset 5 helps, but still, that's 14 cm/360 with an accel equivalent to 2 (not 0.2!!) with 400 cpi.

That's insane! Also senscap 0!

In an earlier config he used a deathadder at 900 dpi with pretty much the same settings.
