Will buy it, KOF newb here apart from 94/95. Be nice to see how its changed over 20 years. When stuff like this comes to the PC I will buy it in the hope they port more stuff over.

Still can't believe you can play arcade perfect SSF4:AE on PC.

KOF was always my fighting game series. If you liked capcom vs snk you should feel right at home.

SSF4:AE was made on pc (taito type x2) as was KOF 12 & 13

kof didn't really hit it's stride until '96. 96 is when kof really set itsself apart. that's when rolls and all the types of jumps were introduced.

Yo I got the beta guys. Gotta say it's a pretty lazy port job. No custom resolutions, etc. and the game just syncs itsself with your monitor hz. so if you run at anything above 60 it will just be all fucked. in windowed mode it will run way too fast

Wait, that's the same exact behavior you get if you run the Taitox2 binaries natively. That's amusing.

this game is quite awesome!

provided i'm quite shit at the moment, cause i'm used to slower paced, more grounded & deliberate fighting games.
the movement alone is a massive thing to learn in this game. them KOF air footsies!
