do you actually prefer playing quake with a pad? or do you do it just for the lulz (ie: to be different)?

I do prefere pad for all :)
Thats why i do this,to open a new competition , PC style but on console:)

and quaje with pad is cool to play with :)

did you ever release the drivers or whatever settings you use? why do console games have so much more deadzone and other bad settings? do you just have new controllers so the sticks aren't worn or are game developers just bad? it might be to compensate for the input lag of tvs i guess.

Green Enemy: i Tried mouse for a month once.Its is cool,and i can aim very good with it.But i have no purpose.Im not a mouse player im born a console pad player.Thousands of mouse player did great already but not console pad players on pc.And be the first of really showing is possiblem eans a lot to me.I never learn how to play quake live,i dont even time,and still have 70% victory even if i dont beat pros :) my goals is already achieved, i was the best known player 1v1 in quake 4 console,in perfect dark zero console. And i want to be the best player console (pad) at every 1v1 game on console.Wich i did pretty well on xbox 360. The "1" in my nickname was inspired from fatal1ty .I admit i do admire this player and when i started 6 years ago FPS and manage to do it on console,my dream grew a lot since. On pc the pad and program needs to improve.So even before playing pc players, the gear i use is really bad.And like i said it was only to show aim.In warmup i use to prety much compete with + 2000 elo players. I think i even won a instagib once with k1llsen in it lol. And i know that k1llsen in a ready game,could beat me like 500-0 lol.
The knowledge of gamepad technology and program is getting better and everytime im getting better.to finaly have new modern gear and be able to compete with mouse realy realy close.

Pierow: On console there is a lot of deadzone because of the pad.And people dont see the diference because of the auto aiming,and people didnt try on pc.The feeling is so free and reactive like with a mouse.Im using a program i developed with a friend.My goal is to build a new controller,totaly new technology.
Game developers dont know all the possibilities.Thats why im doing this to do a console " revolution" as much as i can:)

Its not really of matter of time wasted its just that,the potentiel is just not used at 100%

On console these days they are only team FPS and they are nocompetitions beside on call of duty.So the Esport scene FPS on console

But if the console fps is changed we could have a new way of playing,like no deadzone,no autoaim, fast sensitivity, smooth frame per second etc etc.
So the current games like call of duty and halo would be totaly readapted and more "skilled" and also we could have a new 1v1 systeme on this game but on new fast FPS like we had on pc with painkiller,quake2,quake 3,quake 4,unreal,doom.
So for the moment for me yea its a waste of time because the only esport fps game is call of duty,and only team.

Well the program is the most performant in the world. It was studied to have the best mouse feeling aiming on pad. deadzone, Perfectlty flexible, High reactivity, everything was studied and still is on many different technical points.
