There are a lot of ways... Depending on the situation.

Use sound to avoid direct rockets and time them.
Sometimes around the corner slow down or stop for half a sec to offset his spam timing.
Around the corners, try not to push always the same way, sometimes go around them while staying on the closer side, sometimes aggresivly jumping to the other side. If you push full speed it's harder to get caught more often than not.
Bait items, expecially exposed ones.
Beat him on position for the items and abuse silent walking when in position.
If you are not confident in your rail, spam LG if in range or plasma, spamming LG while dodging his spam = you are the one hitting constant damage and you are bullying him out of position.
Plasma spam = he has to move a little and it's harder to place those peak rails.
Cut him off, without being heard.
Learn to rocketjump aggressivly when you are stacked, to cut him and catch him off guard with rockets.

Elaborate, what elo are you? what map are you talking about? What situations? Demo?

look before crossing the street

don't do noise all the time

use different routes so you don't get caught all the time at the same place

learn the sweet spots for gay rockets on each map. Chasing on ztn corridors = death.

pick good positions. In general terms top>bottom, though in ztn there are some which aren't depending on the situation

use the appropriate weapon in each situation. Your problem pretty much looks like you are rushing him with lg on ztn while he just +backs and fires rockets

and finally, you can do the same. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same spots

you need to outrail +backers, the good thing about that is, that they will always stand on the same spot with rocket out

if they don't contest the main items, if they back + stack yellows, camp "his" yellow

You play with decent ping advantage over me every game, you out aim me and your timing is generally better. That said you still drop games to me.

So I would suggest not always trying to run me down like a freight train.

I play with a 55 - 70s fluctuating ping most times so rocket launcher is my reliance. My spam, in response to your +forward all day long, is not tough to defeat really, lots do.

Raging at me in an attempt to garner a rage will not work because I just don't care!

You just needs to +back some and set me up for rails across map or well try something different (our games were on Hub/Tox and Hek)

Generally I would say Sulit is a better player but makes two big mistakes when he loses to me.

1) CHARGE

2) underestimates.

Last night when we played he raped my face off (15 - 5 on hub) the first game but was using the +forward strat the whole time, I adjusted the next game and it was much closer (8 - 6).
