125FPS daily cups are at 16:30CET. Every day (from monday to friday) the registration starts around 16:00CET. U can get registration link on offical IRC channel (#125fps on QuakeNet) or just go to http://125fps.challonge.com/ and you will see there registration link to the newest cup at the top. All you have to do is to be there between around 16:00 -16:30CET. Sometimes it starts a bit later like 17:00CET.

Anhedonic you could fix those times finally: 16:30CET not 17:30. :P

I'm not sure if this is the right place to discuss this, but here it goes:

Especially when tournaments enter the more important stage, a big portion of the schedule isn't reliable anymore. This makes following the progress of the tournament a real nuisance.

E.g., out of the 5 EC matches scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, only 1 match was played. On the CB website (nor anywhere else I'm aware of), is any information on when/if these matches will be played.

In the last EC, more often than not, the important playoff matches were delayed for 2-3 weeks and then took place on very short notice. I think this really hinders efficient coverage and reduces the number of viewers.

I assume that as of now, the steps in order to have a schedule (like this news post or the schedule at liveql.com) for postponed or wildcarded matches are:
teams agree on a date, then tell an admin, the admin puts it on the website, someone adds it to a schedule.

Maybe these issues could improve if the schedules could also be edited by team captains who enter the dates for their matches directly as soon as they are agreed upon.

yep ... but how will you force teams, especialy players, to be more strict about playing on the arranged date? ... CB players are so used to how things work at CB that i dunno, if any new rules will have any effect on them, lol.

Maybe its time for a change, since, we the community are trying to make a better connection between competitive quake and the audience.

If only players at competition level would realize its not only about them winning, but also about others seing the game, ... hence broadening the audience and maybe getting new players in competitive mode. -Every1 wins.

There are two ways of looking at it.

One is the "strictness" which can be increased in order to reduce the rescheduling. I don't know how the postponing and wildcarding procedure actually works at CB currently, but as a matter of fact, it does currently lead to the schedule not being reliable and matches being missed by the viewers.

So a first "solution" would be to reduce the rescheduling by changing the rules (and/or enforcing them more strictly). However, this obviously is a lot of work for the admins and may lead to too many forfeits and other problems. We don't want that.

The second way is not about changing the strictness and reducing the rescheduling, but instead about improving the communication. That's why I proposed that teams are at least encouraged (or even forced) to announce it when the date of their match changes.
