There was a post on esreality about this and I managed to switch to premium 1 day before :| - you can always beg to id, but they hardly listen to gamers POV's for anything let alone giving them money back!

You can always cancel the transaction with your bank.

id counts on ppl like you, and others who just get bored of the game and dont go to the site for like a half a year and bam, easy business

lots of companies use an auto-renew policy. its sly but as a consumer you've gotta be apperceptive

Its pretty standard for any subscription-based company to do that these days. Not saying its right, just that its very common. It even tells you that it will auto-renew when you buy the first year.

Those are 50 bucks well invested pal, relax...

I do think you should get a question before paying another year, or even a reminder. I personally did not know they were going to withdraw another year at this time. I'm not angry since I actually was going to do this anyway, but I would have wanted to know for the heads up, and think that they should 'warn' people.

Just cancel your subscriptions right after you start them. You still get the duration of the service, but the reminder is when they stop working.
