need some help figuring out what mouse isnt total shit (for me)

- needs to work with an everglide titan (black)
- above 800 dpi
- 500/100 hz polling (overclockable is fine i guess)
- if possible no (or at least not much) prediction
- no fucking shit rubber coating that makes the mouse look and feel filthy after 2 month
- shape similar to salmosa/abyssus/kinzu

so what are my options?
abyssus mirror edition and hoping that i get one with the latest firmware and that jittering will be minimal and dont be to annoyed by the prediction?
any others?

guess thats a good advice, works with my fingertip grip (although i fear it might be a little small still) and has no prediction according to the review linked in the esr thread about it. shame that it looks like shit ^^ but thats not really important for me

Shape / Weight / Prediction / Side ' Dpi buttons are personal preference!
Get any mouse in Tier 1 according to your requirements above.

do wmo and imo have enough dpi though? i am playing most games (including quake) in 1920*180, dont think they will work
will have a look at some of the others though

Whats your resolution in quake?
I use 1680 * 1050 and 400 dpi is fine for me.
If you playing quake then you need non prediction mouse.
WMO is cheap enough to try I think

it is, but that doesnt mean that it can be a problem depending on your resolution and sens when you have something like 400 dpi

400 to 420ish. That's probably enough for you : http://phoon.us/mouse/

Doubling your sens in 2d based games isn't gonna make you magically miss anything, especially at such a high resolution anyway ( you wouldn't be able to see the slight inaccuracy )

thanks for the link, thats what i was looking for

well with my sens + resolution settings i have a "estimated useful dpi" of 440, not perfect but it actually should still be fine

lower your sens a bit ( fucked around with the swiss army knife, shouldn't be more than 4-5cm at worst ), add 0.05 to 0.1 accel, problem solved :D

Due to Ec1/2 weird tracking / Acceleration some like it some dont like it thats why its in T2 and Abyssus has jitter on pads not all of them but few of them IF you are lucky enough to find Jitter free one.

All mice above are based on its sensor performance not their shape or weight.

Kinzuadder / Abyssus / Spawn or WMO (I know it's only 400dpi).

It's quite sad how many "gaming" mice are released with thier high price tags and these are the only mice that are worth buying.
Espically when the WMO wasn't even designed for gaming. the KinzAdder is a mix of two diffrent mice, the orginal abyssus had lots of problems and the same with the Spawn.
