I have no idea.

I've been getting constant average accuracies between 37 - 45 for like the last 6 months, but my account is only on 33 and refuses to go up, but that could just be all those games where I sprayed plasma.

I have put 2 and 2 together and have come to the conclusion that the overall accuracies are not updating. He must have had a large accuracy in the past and then it's just been stuck like that.

Well that's my best guess. (And it explains why mine hasn't changed either)
