concerts are overrated though...awkward if youre near the front then want a piss/drink....hours standing...and the quality is obviously worse than the recording...have to pay too...

He's right though, concerts are fucking awesome during that golden age(~20) when you're usually so fucked up on LSD or whatever that you don't care. Get older and it's pretty plain to see that big concerts suck balls.

Gotta stick with the no name clubs underneath restaurants and hotels. That's where you see some music. Once saw this old guy one-man-band with electronic drum pads taped to his chest.

Arena gigs are soo dull <o/ they're everything that's bad about festivals rolled into a few hours!

Recently seen Frank Turner w/ Beans On Toast (sell out @ the Borderline London) & Star Fucking Hipsters (about 40 of us there) got some great gigs to look forward to The King Blues w/ Sonic Boom Six & Random Hand @ Leeds MET and then Dirty Revolution with another smash of Frank Turner (great pulling prospects with great music).

The next 6 weeks should be fun!

Also looking to go abroad for a few gigs come May, never done before and would be awesome so open to suggestions :L
