we hosting once again the next legendary Spontan Quake 4 Duel Cup with the number 14.

Cup Details:

* Game: Quake 4, MOD: Q4max 0.82

* Format: Double Elimination, Best of Three

* Mappool: Monsoon – Torment – Phrantic – Placebo – Galang – Cobalt, Ruiner, and our two latest maps releases Aerowalk Revisted and House of Decay

* Timelimit: 15 minutes

* Start: 06th of March 2011 – at cup day its check-in 30 minutes before start

* IRC Cup channel: #spontanq4ctf (QuakeNet)

Yeah there is a lot time for me to sign up for it and practice but i dont know if i can even bother.
Lack of players and competition in q4 has taken away all my motivation.

you have over 2 weeks to prepare, that is about what most "pro" duelers need to prepare for a lan tournament. should be plenty for some online cup...

I do think there will be a stream, I got asked on youtube for my video config cause they wanted to use it for streaming some duel cup. I think its this one, Could be wrong though.

I don't know the maps and don't play at lower than 130-200 ping so owning him is quite unlikely but I could rage his ass off

Hopefully there's going to be a stream

I've made a Q4 CompHUD and cfg for streaming 1vs1 (its similar to the QL one)
Would you consider using this hud + cfg for the stream?

Here is a test video in some duel matches using the hud.
