Why they made t2 an awful mess in spite of it being once a great map is probably the most incomprehensible thing about Quake Live for me.

me too, i guess. i didnt spend much time in it yet but didnt see much difference between q3 and ql, but why they needed to change t2 is really beyond me. they could at least have included the original t2 somewhere so we could chose ourselves if we liked the new version better

It's a rookie map now and we are still waiting for OSP dm5, DM6 and CPM4.

Still have fond memories of seeing bl0key air rocket sid on t2 at 2001 UK WCG qual.

Little known fact: before he became the pro-t4 rail god ZeRo4 used to have a different sensitivity setup and the lg was a big strength of his and t2 was one of the best maps for him.

Well you brought up T9 during a T2 discussion, probably to compare and contrast the two.

qztourney2 is a good map in FFA (3 or 5 players).

BTW :

I like the chaingun more fun that shotgun, for somes reason, online, i use to do around 32 % with this gun.

what are your accuracies with other guns?

Very good decision. Now they only need to take care of t4 :P

I understand that many people like those maps cause they were fun when everybody started the game, but competition wise I find them quite poor.
