Second of all, Anyone ever downloaded these and are nice enough to start seed again?

Sry if this has been posted anywere, couldn't find a searh function.

Edit: Someone were nice enough to upload it during the last 24h, I will ofcourse return the favor I also hope more then me saves this in thier Torrent-clients for a long while.

the next 3 videos i want to make is the match between Fatal1ty and Cooller from WSVG 2006, but my problem is i have only Coollers pov

I remember trying to play demos for this game after doing all the of the things(ignore missing pak files or something along those lines) and still having the game crash on every attempt..

I'll probably watch these for fun!

ignoring missing paks has always been the wrong solution - you must just get all the pk4 files listed by the q4max demo menu.

(and also be running the same q4 pr)

I'm trying to revive this torrent so I can start reseeding it. As there were no seeders or leechers, I had to look for those files elsewhere.

It seems quakeunity.com and demohq.com are both defunct now, but I've found 20 videos uploaded by you to archive.org which are still downloadable. Only 19 of them belong to the torrent, so 35-19=16 files are still missing.

If you or anyone else still have any of those on the dusty old hard drive somewhere, could you guys upload them or join the magnet so I can get the bits? We should try to preserve this good old stuff for posterity's sake. I'm now seeding 54% of the torrent's payload I currently have.

if valve do a quake 4 free weekend and sell it on steam from thereon it would be interesting to see if there's somewhat of a revival.

afaik from what i've read a lot of the issues from launch were sorted, and q4max does a pretty good job at promode gameplay.

all i know is that duels are enjoyable to watch even though i haven't played it.

He's wrong - we've never enabled promode physics / weaponbalance.

I guess he's referring to other CPMA features like xerp, which we do have ;)

I don't see it happening btw - Q4 isn't currently available on Steam AFAIK, and with QL, I see no real reason why id should put any effort into it, since QL is much more likely to be successful at drawing in new players.
